I made a one time purchase and 1 full year later a new unauthorized transaction was made in my account at 4:01am. Said something about a subscription I did not sign up for. There is no option to cancel the order or modify any agreements made or not made. Now currently communicating through the message portal they have here hoping I get a response and a refund soon. Wouldn’t buy from here I rather pay more from my local guy and not risk a fraud claim on my card
